Dan represents OSU students. Sometimes students make mistakes. When a student is charged in a criminal action there is a real concern given the student’s future and job prospects. Students have unique needs in criminal matters given their investment in their future.  Dan prosecuted students for seven years as a deputy district attorney in Corvallis.  Over the last five years he has defended students.  Dan has worked with hundreds of students, and frequently their parents, to obtain a result that preserves the student’s record and future employment opportunities.
