Dan Armstrong was a deputy district attorney in Benton County for 7 years. In that capacity he handled over 1,000 DUII cases and many other criminal matters. Dan has been in private practice and defending DUII cases for the last 5 years. He has tried these cases as both a prosecutor and a defender. Dan uses his experience to assist our clients through the difficult experience of DUII and related charges. Because of the increasingly severe punishments involved in DUII cases, an experienced defense is often required.
