Dan was a deputy district attorney in Corvallis for seven years. Before that he practiced business, real-estate, family law and criminal defense in Portland for 10 years. He has been doing the same for the last 5 years in Corvallis.
He defends people accused of crime. He has prosecuted and defended the gamut of criminal cases. Dan specializes in DUII defense and has handled over 1000 DUII cases. Dan represents OSU students. Students have unique needs in criminal matters given their investment and future. Knowing the local system and players provides outstanding results for our clients.
Dan began practicing family law in 1988. He has handled divorce cases with business, real estate and support issues ranging into millions of dollars. Divorce is a difficult, sensitive area. Dan provides experienced and personalized attention to you during these trying times.
